Classes
All classes are held at The Fortina Spa Resort, Tigne Seafront, Sliema.
To avoid disappointment it is advisable to book your class, please contact the Thalasso Spa Reception on (+356) 2346 2149 to do so.

Please aim to arrive at the studio at least 15 minutes prior to class.
Class Descriptions
- Yin Yoga
- Postures of stillness for promoting growth, cleansing energy blockages and enhancing circulation Monday's 11am - 12.30pm
- Yang Yoga
- Postures for developing core strength and muscle tone, balance and stamina. Wednesday's 11am - 12.30pm
- Yin/Yang Yoga
- A 'Fusion' class, blending the benefits of both the Yin and the Yang Yoga classes. Friday's 11am - 12.30pm
- Yoga Rhythms
- Blissful Yoga to delight and uplift, enter the weekend with a state of joyful calm. Friday's 5.30pm – 7pm
Lesson Preparation
Please be aware that the following are guidelines, not rules, which are aimed at enhancing the ease and comfort of your yoga practice.
It is advisable to eat no less than two hours before class.
You should try to avoid drinking water during yoga practice, if possible. Therefore, it is advisable to be fully hydrated before class (but not so much you will need the toilet!)
Especially for Yin Yoga, it is best to avoid caffeine if possible before class. If this is not possible, try to drink plenty of water also.
What to wear
Loose, comfortable, non-restrictive clothing and bare feet.
You may like to keep socks and a jumper/ sweater at hand also, for relaxation.
What you will need
If it is a private session, please specify if you do not have a mat and/or a CD player and I can provide them.
If you need to cancel a private lesson
Please give me 24 hours notice.
